One standard. Every full pathway.
AI Mastery and all four role certificates end in AXL-30 and use this same rubric. Only what the participant builds changes.
Each criterion is scored 1 to 4: 1 — Not yet; 2 — Developing; 3 — Proficient; 4 — Advanced.

Passing and revision
Pass: a weighted score of 3.0 or higher, no criterion at 1, and both gate criteria at 3 or higher.
Weighted score = the sum of each criterion score multiplied by its weight.
One revision within 14 days at no charge. Only criteria below 3 are rescored.
Pathway skills in use
Criterion 2 checks the work products produced by that pathway’s courses. The HR certificate uses HR work products; other role certificates and AI Mastery use their own course work products. The weights, gates and passing standard remain the same.
