Information you provide

We collect information you provide in an inquiry, including contact details, your organization, selected courses or pathway, and requested training arrangements. For enrolled learners, we use attendance and submitted work products to deliver training, confirm completion, assess full-pathway capstones, and issue credentials through Certifier.

Website services and local storage

Our website is hosted on Netlify, which processes inquiry forms and technical information needed to operate and protect the site. Your course shortlist is stored locally in your browser, not in an Axis learner account. You can clear it through the shortlist controls or your browser settings. Externally loaded resources may involve requests to their providers.

How we use information

We use inquiry and learner information to respond, coordinate enrollment and delivery, maintain completion records, and provide credentials. We do not sell your information. Linked services have their own notices and terms.

Keep sensitive information out of training

Do not submit confidential agency information, sensitive personal information, employee records, or controlled unclassified information through public forms or standard class work. Exercises use approved, non-sensitive or synthetic examples.

Requests and retention

Email hello@axisadvisoryco.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of inquiry or credential information. Retention depends on the training, engagement and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contractual or legal requirements may limit deletion. Do not send identity documents unless we request a suitable verification method.
