Most are 4 or 8 instructional hours. The AXL-30 capstone is 16 hours over two days. Each course page lists exact length and tuition.

A sequence of courses toward a certificate. AI Mastery has four levels; each role certificate has three steps including AXL-30. The 8-hour Starter has no capstone. Individual courses can be taken separately when their prerequisites are met; AXL-30 is the capstone for full AI Mastery and role certificate pathways.

No. Formal capstone assessment applies only when completing a full AI Mastery or role certificate pathway through AXL-30. Individual courses and the Workplace AI Practitioner Starter use practical learning activities and completion requirements, without a formal assessment or capstone.

For an individual course, it recognizes attendance and completed course work products; there is no formal assessment or capstone requirement. For a full AI Mastery or role certificate pathway, it also recognizes passing the AXL-30 capstone against the shared rubric. Digital badges and certificates of completion are issued through Certifier, with a credential verification link.

Axis AI Labs issues completion credentials for individual courses and the Starter. Full AI Mastery and role certificates also require passing the AXL-30 capstone. These credentials are not academic credit, professional licensure, or accredited, government-endorsed, or continuing-education-approved credentials.

Axis AI Labs courses do not carry continuing-education approval. Digital credentials recognize the completion requirements stated for the selected course or pathway.

Pass: a weighted score of 3.0 or higher, no criterion at 1, and both gate criteria at 3 or higher. One revision within 14 days at no charge. Only criteria below 3 are rescored. All five full certificates use the same six-criterion rubric published on this site.

Tool requirements vary by course. Microsoft-focused courses require the applications, licenses, and access listed in their prerequisites. For other courses, we confirm the approved AI tools before delivery. Software licenses are not included in tuition. Individual learners should tell us what access they have when requesting enrollment.

Enrollment requests are open for every course. Request dates for your selected course or pathway; we confirm the schedule, required access, and tuition before payment or an accepted purchase order finalizes enrollment. Private cohorts are scheduled with your organization.

Request enrollment or request a team quote. We confirm dates, tools and price, then send an invoice. Seats are held when the invoice is paid or a purchase order is accepted.

Per participant, listed on every course and pathway page. Prices are standard pricing, not a GSA Schedule rate.

Two four-hour courses for $995 and 15% off a full pathway enrolled together. Private team training is quoted by scope. Discounts do not combine; the largest single one applies.

Yes. Tell us what your procurement team requires and we will work within your approved vendor process.

Yes. A private cohort is delivered for your organization only, with your examples and approved tools. It is quoted by session length and cohort size, and we recommend 20 participants or fewer so everyone gets feedback.

Yes. Cohorts can include several teams and sessions can span time zones.

Cancel at least 7 days before the session for no charge. Inside 7 days, reschedule once at no charge; otherwise 50%.

Tell us as early as you can. You may join the same session in a later cohort within 12 months, space permitting.

We will give as much notice as possible. You can take the new date, move to another cohort, or receive a full refund.

You get written feedback. One revision within 14 days at no charge. Only criteria below 3 are rescored. If you still need to meet the standard, we can schedule another assessment for a fee.

Twelve months from your first session.

We collect the information you provide in an inquiry, including your contact details, organization, selected courses or pathway, and requested training arrangements. For enrolled learners, we also use attendance and submitted work products to deliver training, confirm completion, assess full-pathway capstones, and issue credentials through Certifier. Inquiry forms are processed through our website hosting provider. Please leave sensitive information out of inquiries and class work. We do not sell your information. No. Use supplied scenarios or approved, non-sensitive or synthetic examples. Do not bring real employee records, sensitive agency information, personally identifiable information, or controlled unclassified information to standard training. Use only tools and content approved for the learning setting.

Not unless we agree in writing beforehand.

Use the templates and checklists in your own work and inside your organization. Please do not resell or publicly redistribute them without written permission.

Tell us about accommodation needs when requesting enrollment so we can confirm suitable delivery and materials before you book. For agency training, accessibility requirements are documented as part of the engagement scope.
